As with the majority of golf clubs Gosfield has a dress code that we ask members, societies and visitors to respect and adhere to. Denim wear is not permitted on the course. Shorts must be tailored and of knee length for men. No cargo or military style trousers, or mid-calf shorts please. For men, where short socks are worn with shorts these should be predominately white whilst ladies may wear any length or colour to match their chosen outfit. Rugby and football shirts, tank tops and T-shirts should not be worn.
The dress code in the Clubhouse is generally smart casual or that suitable for on course play. The wearing of flip flops is not permitted and if sandals are worn by men then the wearer must have socks. Spikes are only allowed in the casual Cotton Bar. Caps should not be worn inside the clubhouse. The use of mobile phones for voice calls should not be used in the common rooms within the clubhouse and should at all times be on mute mode.
All Club Staff have the authority to enforce these codes so please avoid embarrassing situations and respect our conditions. Specifically we ask those organising societies to inform those intending to play.
