The Meadows Course
Our 9-Hole Meadows Course was the brainchild of Sir Henry Cotton who was keen to encourage all people of all ages to play golf.
This course has two sets of tees and occupies 70 acres, a par 66 and 4990 yards in length. It is a measured course for handicap purposes. We also have forward tees for younger children to help them enjoy their game.
It is ideal for for new members without handicaps, young and not so young, to learn the game and the etiquette and improve sufficiently before taking on the challenge of the Lakes Course.
